Well... in an interview the interviewer has a leverage
It's like The Bachelorette with suitors pursuing this one person.
And they will... ALWAYS.. pick the best option for themselves
Unless your clients are chasing you (which usually comes with a little fame)... and YOU have brand value and YOU are a valuable asset to your clients... in which case they would willingly negotiate with you just to have YOU do the job... because you have the leverage in this case
I dont recommend you tell them.. unless you are like MAD talented, hard to find and they are willing to turn a blind eye to your shortcomings.
I also recommend you visit a shrink and ask him whether you should keep it a secret or not...

My advice would be to not mention it. Perhaps get into some sort of therapy to work around it? But I don't think it should be brought up during a job interview. Just my two cents. 😎
