What should I do when my boss mentioned I might have to reduce my hours?

I work in an office& around 3yesterday my boss says he'd like to have a meeting with me before I go home. this sent me into an anxiety attack wondering what I did wrong. he said any time he walks past my office my phones propped up & thinks I'm using it too much. first I've seen everyone at the office using their phone before, and I usually just have it propped... but i didn't bother arguing i wanted to take the high road. I think the one girl that doesn't like me ratted me out bc she has seen me texting a few times, but I've also seen her sit on her phone 10 minutes lots of times. my boss also rarely walks down my hallway & he's maybe seen me on it twice thats why i think it was her.. then he said he doesn't think there will be enough work for me so my hours might get cut, which I asked if he's talked to anyone else about being cut & he said no. I didn't think fair bc he just hired a new person, & now I mainly work under one supervisor & she took all his work where before I was doing both of the workload for then so I was overwhelmed. I've slowed down a bit this last week, & the other girls are more busy, so he doesn't think it's fair that i wasn't doing enough, but he also took all his work off my desk & I got the supervisor that doesn't have as much work to do. this also isn't fair bc I've heard 4 of them gathering for an hour conversation while I was busy at work a few times now. Then I was told to do some organizational things, & now got told I'm doing that when there's "more important things needing to be done" yet I was only doing this when I had downtime & was caught up at work.. I kinda feel like my work isn't as important as the other staff & instead of just splitting her work load, I'm being blamed for not being busy enough... I'm nearly 100% sure this girl tattled on me as well, but it kind of hurts when I've seen her slacking off and chit chatting lots of the time and when everyone else texts.. should I be this hurt?
