I registered for a job but I still haven't heard back for any shifts would should I do?

A week isn't long for a company to make decisions like that. It can happen faster than that, but if it takes longer it doesn't mean anything.
Stop by there and check in with the manager. Don't take a lot of their time though because they are busy. Just let them know you are still interested and ask if they've made a decision.
Hiring managers are people. Like anyone else they are all different. What works for one might not work for another. But generally you want to check in every now and then, but don't become a pest by going every day. DO go in person so you aren't some random nobody on a screen. You want to connect as a person.
In the meantime, keep looking for other jobs. When job hunting, apply for as many places as you can. If you really want to target baking as career, definitely let the manager know. They will expect most applicants to be looking for a job they'll keep a short time and then leave.
I already have the job but they haven't mentioned anything when the shifts will start
Ah, OK.
I'd at least wait until after the holiday. If you haven't heard anything for a couple of days after that then it's OK to contact them. Since you already have the job, there is on need to go in person to ask about a starting date.
Find bakery manager one day, 30 seconds, introduce, I applied and I’m serious as it relates to the position…say name again. Get head shake from her…thank you for Time.
After this Jubilee London weekend is finished I'm phoning
Call and ask. Always a good idea to call and check up.
It's entirely possible they've been backlogged since the holiday, but it doesn't hurt to ask.
Thank you for the advice
If there's a 4 day bank holiday then you should wait. They might contact you after the holidays.
