Are you a good driver? What kind of driver are you? What’s the correct order for this situation below?

2 - the sign on his right is not a yield sign but a traffic indicator.
3 - he has no yield sign but does have to yield to oncoming traffic to cross over their lane and make the turn.
1 - has a yield sign putting cars in that position last at that T intersection
in an ideal world... it should be 2, 3, 1
but around here, road rage and possibly a shooting is most likely... lol

This is all contingent on arrival times. If 2 arrived just before 3, then 2 goes first. Otherwise, 2 has to wait for 3 to clear. Even if 2 arrived first, even if only by a few seconds, it should probably allow 3 to go first, just to be safe. Meanwhile, 1 is screwed, having to wait for these other two to clean up their politics before it can safely do anything.
And if that's the case, then 1 also has to hope 4 doesn't come on up on it aggressively and ignore the signs, thus causing 1 to have to stop to avoid collision with 4. Which might instead result in collision with 5, because 5 is an impatient redneck who rear ends 1 rather than pay attention.
So then, 1 is really screwed. Sure, the police side with 1, but the insurance company sides with 5, because 5 was driving a Jeep and 1 was driving a Honda, and the Honda's repairs are more expensive.
Depending on the state and its laws, the insurance company will either cough up the difference, or refuse to help 1's claim, and then drop 1's entire family out of spite. Leaving 1 with $30,000 worth of damages and losses over 5 being a careless driver. Meanwhile, 5 will likely only get a slight rise in premiums, followed by the humiliation of points on his license and a $900 ticket to pay, because the police and courts are going to milk this situation for every penny.
The right of way belongs to the person already on the road.
2 goes first as they are going straight in a lane they 'own'.
3 goes next because they 'own' the main road which they are on.
1 goes last because it owns nothing, the road it is on has ended and has been instructed to stop / give way.
From the junction layout and signs I would say that 2 first due to not crossing any lanes. Then 3 as 1 is behind a give way sign and therefore they must give way to traffic on the road they are turning into. And 1 is the last.
Not my best wording and no where near the a trial descriptions I'm sure but best words j can out together.
2,3,1,
1 has to wait anyway, as shown by the red/white triangle (or the "rocket" sign for the street of 2/3)
And 3 has to wait and let 2 pass, as 3 is the one crossing the street/turning.
Car 1 has the yield sign, so regardless they'll go last.
Car 2 is a problem to me because I can't make out what the sign is.
Car 3 is a would go second if car 2 didn't have the sign which I can only guess it's some warning.
Assuming they all got to this position at the same time...
First 2, then 3, and finally 1.
2 ... right turn has priority over left turn
1 ... must obey the yield (give way) sign
2, 3, 1.
And that's from someone who sucks at driving.
I'm the type of driver that needs all the fancy tech to help me.
Yea I don’t even know. I’m so violently Californian it’s whoever gets there first
it is 3-2-1 3 is a big SUV so he automatically gets the right of way because he is bigger than the cars. Then 2 because he is bigger that 1.
That’s ridiculous, you were joking, right?
#3 Is making a left turn, unless there is a green left arrow, vehicles turning left must always yield the right of way to oncoming traffic so #3 cannot be first!
#1 Is also making a left turn, similarly he too must yield the right of way. Plus he has a Yield sign!
#2 As #’s 1 and 3 must both yield, #2 must go FIRST as he is merely continuing straight on that road!
Once #2 has proceeded through the intersection, then #3 goes SECOND as #3 has NO Yield sign.
Finally, #1 can go. Again, he has a general yield sign w/o directions so traffic must yield to ALL oncoming traffic! So the order is 2, 3, 1.
I get the joke, it’s very funny… the bigger your vehicle, the more right of way you have. But for traffic in the real world (much like in sex) size is not important at all, and certainly not AS important as getting the directions right, and following the signs… STOP when signs say stop 🛑, Slow down and make sure everything is ok and it’s safe to proceed if there is a yield sign. And most importantly obey her Oneway, and Exit Only signs! Lastly, if you don’t have her permission to drive her vagina, you’ll end up going to prison for Grand Theft Vagina!
@CrazyGirl2 Around here it is the bigger vehicle that gets the right of way If it ends up two pickup trucks are in the intersection, then the oldest one gets right of way. The rationale being if it an old shitbox, the owner won't mind a few dents.
Oh, silly me! Here I was thinking it was a serious question deserving of a serious answer…. If I had known it was the type of question, that needed a ridicule worthy, unbelievably stupid, sarcastic answer I would have obliged.
@CrazyGirl2 I'm really sorry about this. I usually don;t do this but I just went through a rotary a couple of days ago and it really is the way it is around here. This place is famous for it's bad drivers.
I think car number 2 has the right to go first then then car number 3 then car number.
I'm not sure if you would get booked for that, But I reckon that's the safest way.

All of this. As long as one goes at a time.
2,3,1 because of yield sign. But 3,1,2 is the proper order. That is if they all stopped at the same time.
Holy crap, I was contemplating why 3,1,2 for a while before I remembered the right hand rule. And I had to check if 2 would have priority since they're going straight.
I am a really good driver, if you don’t believe me just ask me…. lol.
2 first, then 3, and then 1 I have no wrecks in 33 years
I'm alright I guess, never had a wreck with anyone else involved just deer and a tree in bad weather lol but I'm pretty sure it's 2,3,1
The dear I understand, but what happened with the tree? What, it just ran out in front of you and you couldn’t avoid it? I guess, my question is how can you hit a tree and it NOT be your fault?
@CrazyGirl2 it was completely my fault what do you mean lol? It was a stormy, windy night and dark, I dropped my friend off going down the same road I hit the tree on, nothing in sight, and then when I came back through I came around the curve and there it was and I braked as fast as I could but too late
Oh, I’m so sorry sweetie, for some silly reason I thought you were saying that the accidents weren’t your fault! I completely misunderstood what you were saying, and I feel so silly, I’m sorry hun. I’m so glad you are okay. My best friend who is the baby of her family with three brothers, lost her middle brother in a car crash because of bad weather, so let’s just thank god that you are ok!
In Germany it would be 1, 2, 3, except the 1 has a give way sign and 2 has a right of way sign, so 2, 3, 1. I think.
2 and 1 have yield signs so 3 goes first. 2 is making a right so he goes second and 1 is making a left so he goes last
2, 3, 1 (without checking replies)
Many people in my area have zero memory of driving courses when actually driving…
Two first, One last. I'm an ok driver
Straight goes first , who ever on turn stop first may go first
Not as good as my wedge game.
