Why am I supposed to not think about this situation too hard or too much?

Someone really powerful at my company came to me to help him with a spreadsheet at work.

He described how he wanted the spread sheet and basically I delivered and then some.

But I've been really pondering on why he asked ME.. like I'm just the front desk person.

Then he mentioned how I can see what he does and goes through.
