I started with this company in a finance position 2 months ago. And the training has consisted of me shadowing a supervisor. And the supervisor doesn’t explain why she’s doing what she’s doing. And sometimes her answers are vague. Because they didn’t give me my own tasks or responsibilities, I don’t feel valuable. I’m literally an assistant at this point when my title is a senior financial analyst. I’m simply assisting the supervisor with what she does.
Bad training. She might be a supervisor, but is not a trainer. Someone decent would explain everything in detail. Then make sure YOUR decisions are correct before clicking go!
Dude, stop whining. Since when did financial analyst have feelings anyway? She doesn't want you to succeed. Please, don't tell me you are feeling bullied in some way. Finance might not be the industry for you... Mayne psychology where you get paid to feel. GOOD LUCK !!
