Tension in the office, what to do?

I work as an office administrator and we have 2 managers in the office managing 2 teams.

I get on really well with my manager, but the other teams manager dislikes me I think.

2 days ago I was really busy, and constantly answering the phone, and I sighed before picking the phone, and I heard her say "if you don't like the job, leave"

I don't know if she said that to me or why she said that, but it was really strange. She was very busy work that day and grumpy.

She is supposed to be my manager from September as I am supposed to be moving to her team and I don't want to do it now.

In my opinion there are lot of noise in office which is generally done to impact a person performance , you should keep on doing your good work and keep showcasing your qualities to new manager , keep in mind you should love your job not company , as companies keep in changing your job won't , also if it becomes a bit stressful start exercise and meditation or a normal walk
