Title says it all. I make $5 less than entry level workers are making w no experience. I asked for a compromise to help me bridge the gap. The company literally told me "Oh well". Now they are asking me to take on more responsibility and train new workers who will come on w no experience and make more. I want to tell them everything and tell them to kick rocks but i also want to keep this job. How would you respond?
At that point I would start looking for a new job to find something closer to what I am expecting/deserve. If finding something is not an option, I suppose I would train them and look for a promotion within the company itself and not just a pay raise.

With "Oh, well". Let THEM see how unreasonable they're being. Start looking for another job in the meanwhile, but give them a chance to fix things.
Hunt for a new job. Use that as leverage. If they think you’re bluffing, stick it to them and don’t look back. They have to learn.
