How to learn to keep my mouth shut?

It's seems like I can't keep my mouth shut and I just talk and talk often revealing things that should be kept private like how the company I work for lost a big contract. This was information all staff were required to keep private but I stupidly blabbed and told people working in another company about it. I even blabbed about issues I was having with the manager and how I have been considering quitting

I also find myself bitching and complaining to staff about the night cleaners and how they don't do their job they were hired and are being paid to do.

How do I learn to keep my mouth shut and not blab to everyone about what is happening

get a hobby, go outside more and put your life into perspective, all that niff-naff bullshit will seem small and insignificant

I do have a hobby but my damn job often prevents me from being able to do it. I've been journalling and still I blab. Something is seriously wrong with me. I need to stop

I've started to do this but still find myself blabbing. All day today I was doing so good not telling anyone anything and bam one staff member asked me if I am going to continue working up until I have my baby and next thing it was like a trigger went off and I was telling the staff about the issues I have been having with my manager
