Would you rather work in a boring job you hate but pays great or an exciting job that makes you happy but pays okay?

I can always earn more money later in life, but I can't earn more time.

Money earned is time spent, so if my goal is to earn enough money to enjoy my time in retirement, shouldn't I enjoy my time while I'm earning it too?

Working an exciting job that doesn’t pay a lot I’ve done that before working the Super Bowl and concerts all kinds of interesting shows

Work: by the sweat of your face you shall eat bread, till you return to the ground, for out of it you were taken; for you are dust, and to dust you shall return (Genesis 3:19).

Work is not to be fun as defined within a capitalistic or socialistic framework. If one can get paid well then one should stick with it. Work is not meant to be satisfying.
So…go for the 💰 💰💰💰💰💰💰 job as long as not illegal.

There is no such thing to me. Our Work is not supposed to be fun and is not the work that we were originally designed for. Honestly and not pompous a-hole…I do not believe anything in this world will satisfy us. There’s too much hate, pride, anger etc in man for Work to be satisfying 🤷🏻‍♂️

Oh don’t get me wrong here if the job paid well & I had a passion for it I would do it. However if someone is paying a higher salary up the road & I wasn’t passionate about I would take that avenue.

For all the barbed wire hula hoops that are on fire you have to jump through to get into a teaching position it doesn’t exactly pay that great, but there’s never a dull moment.
