No. I'd get my own back. It might take some time but if he/she id wait for the opportunity and if found them in my crosshairs I'd pull the trigger.
Definitely. I don't take that disrespectful ish lightly.
Then leave.

Some times you have to XDDD
Seriously though, I recommend watching The Pursuit of Happyness, starring Will Smith and his son Jaden. It will pretty much brief you about that, with an Imdb rate of 8.0 (One of the highest ever = Fascinating movie). Hahah yep!!
@-Mad- Yeppers! XDDD Still in my month vacation though! : P So it's spook-free XD
Yes, absolutely. As long as I was able to do so without undue financial hardship. Your best bet is to look for and hopefully find another job before quitting. That's not always possible. But, you should do whatever is reasonable to not feel disrespected by those you work for.
Communicate Your Concern
Remind your boss that they can help you perform at your best when they treat you professionally and with respect. You may also want to consider making an appointment to talk to your boss about why you're being treated so poorly. Give them examples of how you want to be treated.
Yes, but not without securing another job first. Else, I would be left with nothing in hand.
Negotiating for a better salary at the other place would also be possible as I would have my present job to compare to.
If I become a manager, I would never ask a question as direct and as rudely as your manager asked.
I mean, it's just a month. If my employees would not ask me any questions, then whom?
The question you asked. It was not a silly one right?
And as you said, it's a very famous company in this business.
Well then, it's even easier!
Big companies are run by compartmentalization. Three to four complaints against any employee in the HQ and that person gets highlighted and at least a small inquiry is taken into consideration at this point.
Don't complain once, as the bar of complaints should rise for the company to take notice.
I was being bullied by serval mangers and other staff. I hated the job but was forced to stay there. After I moved out I had handed my notice in. One of the mangers found out and told the whole store, I have never been comfortable in a work place since.
Yeah, without question. Jobs are everywhere. I don't need to put up with a n*gga's shi if i'm not getting respected. Did it once and learned from it. :)
If I liked the job and there was an HR department. I’d stubbornly stick around, reporting each incident, until they were moved.
If you aren’t happy it effects your entire life. Cut the cord asap and move on then.
Instantly, i wouldn't want for him/her to. do it the second instance. Respect comes foremost in professional environment.
Not if the pay was good. I would wait for them to fire me if they seemed to genuinely hate me that much.
It would be according to what happened after you reported the disrespect.
If the manager's manager didn't feel that your manager was being disrespectful and you reported same to HR, I'm not sure much more could be done, besides you discussing what happened with your manager to a therapist and getting an outside opinion of the situation.
I'd grit my teeth and bear it until I found another job, however. You need those dollars to make ends meet.
Actually for me it depends how long I've been at the job, because where I live, if I am at a job for over a year I start accumulating severance pay for ever year there, so if I'm at a job for 10 years I get 2.5 months of pay but I can only get that if I retire or get fired and I can only get unemployment if I quit or get laid off, I would make it so they have to fire me so I could get my severance but if it's less than a year, I would just stop going to work.
Depends how much disrespect it was and what they pay.
1. File a valid complaint against the manager to assure he doesn't get away with his abuse.
2. Try to secure a replacement job.
3. If qualified, express interest to replace the manager.
No I wouldn't give him that satisfaction. I stayed at my current job just to spite him. Now I have moved up and he is going down the road.
I would find another job first but I would leave. Life is short.
Better to search for a new job, while keeping the one you're in.
So I'll first quit the job when I found something new.
I would and I have. But, find another job first and be respectful and don't burn bridges as you leave. Reputations follow you.
No, i would just make their Life miserable and cause trouble for them so they get scolded by the boss
No. If he/she disrespects me, it may be tribulations or karma, and it doesn't hurt to develop thick skin, well... it does, but the meek shall attract great things.
i would go above the manager if possible, see what happens
I barely wanna keep my job even when my boss is actually kind. Its not her, its me.. so that’s a hell no to ur question.
Depends how rude they were and if my household could continue without my income.
I think I would contact the boss who is a head up of the manager and talk things over with them. I would not take the rudeness from them.
Yes, but before quitting, make sure you have at least one other job possibility lined up.
if i'm a guy i will challenge the manager to have some punch talj outside the office
I'll put my boss in their place. I won't be disrespected no matter what position they are.
No. I'll make HIM (or her)(or whatever) quit :)
In what way is the manager being disrespectful? Can you provide some details and background?
What kind of bsiness is it and what is your position? Has your manager made any sexually suggestive comments to you?
Don't quit, but do start looking for a new job. His rude comments are not illegal. If you quit, you are not eliigible for unemployment compensation.
I'd fire the manager. Oh, I guess it really is advantageous to be the owner.
You Quit The Manager WINS, The Manager Quits YOU WIN!
No, I would make him fire me so I could get unemployment. You don't get it if you quit.
Nope. I'm not that thin skinned. I'm paid to work, not to take your issues personally.
Yes, and I did at one point
depends on the level of disrespect, but quit is not the first thing I would do.
Yes. Also I will let them know, so they have a chance to correct.
No, I don't have the privilege of being jobless over something that pointless. I can handle disrespect, so long as I am paid properly.
People don't leave jobs they leave bad bosses.
Please explain the scenario
Who is his boss?
What kinda work do you do? It sounds like a toxic work culture!
Well, there are lots of waitress jobs, maybe you should look elsewhere!
Sorry, you're going through that!
Good for you! NEXT!
Nah I'd be outta there
I'd find another job first and then leave.
More then likely at some point.
Yes, I probably would quit.
I would find another job first
I'd address the issue.
Won’t let me quit 💃
I would go to human resources
Never, I'd just fuck up their shit,
I believe I would.
I'd tell him to go fuck himself
In a heart beat
Let manager quit the job.
How reputed is your company and how many employees are there? If you're sure that everything from your side is perfect (work and behaviour), you can complaint against him.
Then ofcourse you don't have to worry about a single thing. I would suggest you to try again with him for a month at least. Be soapy. If he's still disrespectful, report it and ask for a team change
no i'd kick his ass
Yes I'd immediately
Absolutely
I think so yeah
Something like that
Depends.
Thanks for like!
