If you’re a manager, what would you do if your employee (s) just don’t care about their job?

Like, they’re just burnt out and they’re lacking motivation to work anymore. What would be your thoughts?
I’ll be honest, I’m that employee and my managers don’t seem to care if I put little to no effort into my job.
