It can be really challenging to hear conflicting feedback from your boss and from others about your work performance. It's important to take their feedback seriously and try to understand where they are coming from, but it's also important to remember that you have your own unique perspective on your work and your abilities.
One thing you could try is to have an open and honest conversation with your supervisor to get a better sense of what they are seeing and where they feel you could improve. It's possible that there is a miscommunication or a misunderstanding that could be cleared up by having a frank discussion.
It's also important to remember that just because your supervisor may have some areas where they feel you could improve, that doesn't necessarily mean that you are doing a bad job overall. It sounds like others are very positive about your work and value your contributions, which is a great sign.
Thays exactly how I feel and see things. She just made it seem like I'm terrible at my job.. I'm at day 60 and I'm job is in jeopardy. Because to me everyone else literally asks to work specifically for me. And i agree i can always learn and grow everyday but yesterday... how she bombarded me with texts during my call wasn't cool and shows 0 confidence in me as a worker
