And I have to save 10k by next year in order to move out with my boyfriend. I’m just scared that I won’t have enough to pay for college and save since I only make around 300-400 a week. Wanted to do doordash as a side job but my parents don’t want to let me I guess they don’t trust my driving. So I don’t really know what to do they want me to go back this summer too.
Although I personally have a college degree, everyone does need one and every job doesn’t require one. If you have no idea what you want to do and the classes you have taken thus far have not helped you increase focus on your path forward, I personally wouldn’t add more towards your debt.
Alternatively, if having a degree is a personal goal, then I would get it as quickly as possible. As you get older it will be much more difficult/challenging to obtain it later.
Good luck to you!

I'd go ahead and do the door dash anyway unless they're threatening to kick you out over it.
I'd also go to college and forget about moving out with your boyfriend because your future is more important than a relationship that may not last.
But if you get a degree, you can upgrade your paycheque and earn your $10,000 twice as fast and it will pay you until you retire. If you are concerned about money, try being budget conscious with other things like leisure and take out food, I would continue with the education, it’s important, and many qualify for student loans too.

It's understandable to feel overwhelmed by the financial pressure of paying for college and saving up to move out with your boyfriend. Here are some suggestions that may help you make a decision:
1. Consider your long-term goals: Think about your long-term goals and how taking a gap year would impact them. If obtaining a college degree is important to you and necessary for your chosen career path, it may be worth finding ways to pay for college and continuing your education.
2. Explore financial aid options: Look into financial aid options such as scholarships, grants, and student loans. Many colleges and universities offer financial assistance to students who demonstrate financial need.
3. Look for part-time work or other income sources: Consider looking for part-time work or other income sources to help pay for college and save up for your future goals. You could explore alternative part-time jobs or talk to your parents about why you feel Doordash may be a good option for you.
4. Talk to your parents about your concerns: Have an open and honest conversation with your parents about your concerns and financial situation. They may be able to offer support or guidance on how to manage your finances and make it possible for you to continue your education.
5. Consider other options: If paying for college is not feasible at this time, consider other options such as community college, vocational training, or certificate programs that may be more affordable and still help you achieve your career goals.
Ultimately, the decision to take a gap year or continue with college is a personal one that depends on your individual circumstances and goals. Consider all your options and make the decision that is best for you and your future.I personally think college is a waste of money. You'll have a college debt for years before you can pay it all back. Chances of getting a high paying job right out of college in the field of your studies is slim. Go to a trade school like for business. Women are getting into the construction trades more and more now.
2200 dollars a semester is not very expensive. If you mangae your money good you can go to college and still pay the rent.
If student loans or bursaries are an option than you should consider it.
Do you need to buy them? Try to find them online as pdf.

I hate to say this, but I would prioritize my own education over a boyfriend.
