FOCUS ON HOW I WORDED THE SENTENCE & HER ANSWER. IM THE PURPLE & she's GREY

You asked a simple question "Is that actually needed?" and she answered simply "not actually needed", repeating your exact words so that there is no confusion. She could have simply said, "No" but that could be ambiguous: No it's not needed, or No it actually is needed.
Good communication is important in business, as well as personal relationships, and your boss demonstrated it in her answer.

She answered the question why do u think she is making fun of u sorry?
I ended the question in “is it actually needed” & she replies “not actually needed”…I thought that was pretty obvious
