If you were forced to have a narssistic, jealous family member who you don't trust work for you, what would you have them do?

I'm helping a friend take control of her father's business. She was left as the sole ceo but she's obligated to give her sister a vice president role. So far as I can tell from the paperwork, we can pretty much have her do anything, it just needs to be relatively important.

This woman is going to try to take her sisters role any way she can so I think it's really important lt she doesn't work with the money even though she's trying to position herself as the accountant lol.

I was thinking about putting her in charge of sales. I could help run a sales team and she could use her skills as an accountant to set goals and whatnot.

Do you think that makes sense?
