What am I supposed to do?

I can’t stand this anymore but i have no control over it. And I don't know what to do anymore
I can’t do anything, I have autism and a learning disability. And medical issues. I can’t pass school or get my G. E. D. I don't know what to do!! And I’m worried I won’t ever find a girlfriend/partner!

Man that really sucks dude, I can't imagine how stressed you must be feeling. School is hard enough already without having to deal with autism and learning disabilities on top of it. It's totally normal to feel overwhelmed and like you don't have any control over your situation. But don't lose hope! Here's what I'd do if I was you - First, I'd try talking to your parents or doctor in more detail about how you've been feeling and see if there's any other help or support they can suggest. Maybe there's a tutor or specialist program that could make coursework a bit more manageable. Your health should also be a priority right now too, so don't forget to take care of yourself. As for getting your GED, don't put too much pressure on yourself for that just yet. Baby steps - focus on other ways you can learn skills and find interests outside of school too. Even if you don't meet someone for a while, being comfortable in your own skin is what really matters. And try not to stress so much about finding a girlfriend - I know it's not what you wanna hear, but you're still young and have your whole life ahead of you. Just keep your chin up, work on being the best version of yourself, and I'm sure someone great will come along when the time is right! Find a light labor trade that you can learn through repetition to be good at so you can keep a stable financial life. Practice social interaction whenever you go out, and learn to have a happy/calm look on your face so people aren't weirded out by you. Practice talking to girls whenever you can, and when one seems sincerely interested in the conversation, try to get a phone number and talk more through text. It's easier to send texts because it's less pressure. You can build a relationships over text, before ever having to meet up again.

Firstly, you need to calm down. You’re acknowledging that this is a world very explicitly not made for folks like you, the world was designed by the able-bodied with every intention to exclude the disabled and only included it when they realized we were human too.


Secondly, accept your lack of control. The only thing you can control is yourself and your actions. Do not live your life to the standards society placed on you. You are not made to fit that particular cookie cutter and that’s a good thing. The disabled community carries an intrinsic societal value that most people take for granted. You being in this world period does more good for it than you might realize at this point because everything that benefits the disabled benefits the able-bodied. If you want some inspiration, you can look up some interesting figures in history like Temple Grandin. She had pretty severe autism and used the devices she made for herself to be mass produced and benefit other industries. There’s even a movie about her.

I don’t know how bad it is your situation but why don’t you try to go to a special school so they can work with you and teach you? Why don’t you exercise and try to dress up real nice and have a good hairstyle and do a lot of reading and practice talking, and then go up to a pretty girl sometime and start talking to her then one day ask her out

Seconding the suggestion about exercise. It can go a long way to improve not only your physique, but your overall mental well-being. Which is important for socializing. Martial arts could be a good start. Like BJJ or kickboxing.

Because physical strain is the basis of our species, and living separate from that is bad for you in every way.

But you shouldn't sell yourself short. You're fully capable of it. If you just don't want to, there are a million other options. Like yoga.
