I'm on the process of having better things in life and taking it step by step. I was already hating my job for the longest, translating back-to-back calls. I hate anything that has to do with answering back-to-back calls. I've stuck working at a dead-end job with no benefits nor future.
Things my job doesn't provide:
- Vacation benefits
- Career advancement
- Free Christmas or New Year's bonus; an actual Holiday bonus. The only bonus ever given very rarely was just for working more hours. That's not free. That's just extra hours paid, staying all day and night answering back-to-back calls.
- No insurance benefits, no nothing.
Now it's been nearly 2 years since getting discounted from all my payments (the bank gets commission since 2022) and they're relying on their own log-in hours system since March. That system always shows less hours than my own reliable computer log-in system. So basically I'm getting discounted twice. I feel as if I were giving away money for nothing, translating for some worthless people that either speak long paragraps expecting me to memorize all that (as if I was some robot), their audio or signals suck and certain words get cut out; all that to get paid less. Is it fair to really hate my job badly? They take, take, take and don't give benefits.
