This question is for fun. I'm tired of the ordinary questions seen on this app. Time for something fun.
I've had a conspiracy theory for a while. It all started with, what is the propper way to use a time machine? Every movie (excluding avengers endgame) shows time travel as something that is fragile and not to be messed with. However my mind still wants to believe it is possible and there is a way to use it properly. My next question was, what would the human race do with time travel that won't erase themselves? My answer is to correct the history books and find true cause and effect for every scenario in our world. How would this be possible to view the past without disturbing it too much? My answer is to be seen as something that has no real answer and bc if it does exist then I have to find something that is already somewhat common knowledge but still unknown. My answer is people who travel through time to collect data are sometimes aliens. Large ships that hover in the sky is them viewing the earth with their future technology. Abductions are future methods of interactions but are with more fanfare. They really know how to stun a crowd when they have all the time in the world to do it right. Sure they could just blend in but I don't know if they wear costumes or if they morphed due to effects of time travel or maybe it's even evolution. I have no idea as to why the weird look.
That's my conspiracy theory. I don't believe in it very much but it was fun to think about the details. This is the goal I want with this post. Just something fun to think about.

It comes down to this: Two space travelling alien life forms are challenging dominance over planet earth; ‘We’ are ‘their’ experiment and entertainment.
One type of them is reptilian and massively feeds on CO2 (does THIS ring a bell?); their excrements are a sugary, dark liquid which -interestingly- humans enjoy to consume. The others are coming from a planet that’s extremely ellipsoid, with high temperatures - and they love eating polyethylene that’s dissolved in water; no one knows how they look like - but to assume that they sometimes don blonde wigs is not entirely absurd. They can’t stand each other, and frequently enact their aggressions by using humans against each other.
Both species do move around (where their transport exhausts leave trails of pollutants in the stratosphere) and here and there they make selected contacts with humans to test some stuff: - In the eastern Mediterranean a large experiment went sour, though; and the aliens reacted in a defamation campaign and attempted to cover up on a large scale. - In other cases individual humans were removed after being ’tested’ (i. e. JF Kennedy, Elvis Presley, Princess Diana, Michael Jackson, Gandhi, Mother Theresa)
As a by-product of these contacts, they sometimes spread diseases that humans are vulnerable to - but that’s not on purpose.
Throughout history, they brought numerous governments under control. Both, using own personnel in disguise and also humans with weak mind-power - they build up the latter in early life, and manipulate them into positions of influence (Cairo, Vatican, White House, Kremlin, Mecca, Liverpool, etc.), and they thrive to keep humankind in a primitive stage so that we can be examined and played with easily.
They don’t know the concept of traffic rules or speed limits. So - during their excursions it did happen that they crashed into highrisers in New York, collided with several human passenger aircraft or colossally splashed into the ocean more than once.
On a larger scale they were also responsible for kidnapping Earth’s second Moon, hindering humanity from going to space. One of their early ‘experiments’ almost blew up the entire local universe and in the aftermath God, the angels and the devil established some influence themselves.

I think it might be more helpful to think time as a cd or vynl tape. You can't change the future past and present, if you were to go by the determistic view of the universe. It's a block not a train on tracks..

Portland's extremists are backed by Portland's elite. The mobs have attacked small businesses and the metropolitan areas but they have never set foot in the wealthier neighborhoods, despite claiming they are against white elitists, which Portland has a few of.
