You are only 29. Consider seeing a therapist to figure out why you are procrastinating. Maybe you just have your priorities wrong and the things you aren't doing aren't worth doing. Or maybe they just aren't what you want to be doing. Maybe you should hire someone else to do them.

I'm actually seeing a therapist now. It's been pretty effective. I'm in a weird place where I'm pursuing a career that I have experience in (education), but I'm not entirely in love with. Personal circumstances and my age have forced me to make the career moves that I'm making now. I've been mostly good with the tasks for the hiring process, though the grad school related stuff have caused me to procrastinate a bit because I HATE SCHOOL (or being a student lol)
