They are cartoons. Cartoons don’t have realistic features. Typically they exaggerate certain features for emotional expression, archeotypical character representation, or for colorful pop. They often don’t resemble stereotypical Asian features or behavior at all. Often Japanese people mimic Western culture and mix certain cultural behavior with what are obviously predominately European features like blue/green eyes or blonde hair. A lot of Anime characters were specifically designed to look and act very American, because of Americas influence on Japan. So get over it...

For multiple reasons
1# White skin isn't a race it's a skin colour and several races have white or light coloured skin aside from Americans or Europeans namely Chinese, Japanese and Spaniards.
2# Most people think anime characters look white because in certain Asian countries namely China and Japan the latter of which is the anime capital. Light coloured skin/white skin is considered a beauty trait the lighter you are the better looking you are and is highly sought out and there are in general a lot of light skinned people in those countries some even whiter then white people like snow white so yes you could classify Asians with white skin as white.
And I personally think the character looks like whatever they are supposed to look like sometimes it's black sometimes it's white, sometimes it's Asian and other times just lighter or darker skin tones for a certain race.

I admit in Boruto they started to make adult Sakura look a bit more Asian looking but in the original Naruto and Naruto Shippuden she is clearly a white girl. I admit that does resemble the anime character (especially the facial expression with the eyes) the girl is trying to look like, but if she's Asian she has to do that makeup illusion to make her eyes bigger and the white skin is unnatural. White girls don't necessarily have to do a makeup illusion with their eyes to make them bigger, it tends looks better naturally (for some echaracters example Sakura Haruno) as their eyes are big naturally, and their skin is already white.

The images you used for your question at the top of your post as examples work for some girls, but the first one looks unnatural due to the makeup eye illusion while a white girl her eyes would look natural. Also Kikyo from Inuyasha would look much better getting cosplayed by a white girl in my opinion, she doesn't look like that Asian girl at all.

Pointy noses are not uncommon among Japanese
Fine some can have natural pointy noses but what about long natural sloped pointy noses, natural white skin, natural light colored eyes, some Asian girls have thin lips but they tend to have full lips, tend to have flat noses, while its much more common for white women have long sloped shape pointy noses and thin lips.
Yes for the inuyasha girl its the eyes.
For black characters they tend to just give them black skin and thicker lips but nothing else really. So I don't know it could be hard to draw them differently in those art styles, so people just assume the dark skin is supposed to signal that they are black. Like take the black naruto character killer bee that ''raps'' has darker skin and has thicker lips. So the characters that look like him are associated with being ''black'', just little things people pick up on that signals that those characters are black maybe.
An example of a better black anime character design would be that woman in the anime promised neverland. Where her features are better design as black, mr popo from Dragon ball also has black features that can signal that he's black besides his skin.
Some noses are barely visible in the front view due to how they draw the characters or their art style. I gave a good example of a side view of a long sloped shaped nose.

It is actually easy to read please read it and I am sure that you would stop saying that anime character look white after it. I have put lot of work into it even though English is not my first language
