RPG Idea traveling inside the human body to fight disease. what do you think?

I was thinking of having the story be about traveling inside the human body (shrink ray) to fight diseases from the inside out. This would be a fresh change from fighting orcs and stuff. Believe me, I almost made it fighting orcs and dragons, but I remember years ago I had this idea, and I'm going to convert what i have done to the idea of fighting diseases inside the body. I'll need to do some research, but it should be pretty cool. There'll be battles both inside the body and outside the body.
