An upgraded hadron collider just might, maybe... expose more fundamental building blocks of the universe. The stuff that holds you together! Some of us have patience to follow protocols, others... just want to smash some stuff and see what happens.

If I were a physicist... non of you'd be alive, I would have blown the planet to bits long time ago by accident playing with uranium...

Also, does the news anchors look of concern bother you? She looks a bit... worried.

I'm torn, but ultimately take it slow.

I'm relatively close to a Hadron Collider actually. I remember the day it went on a lot of us had this "welp, if we don't see you tomorrow, enjoy the end of existence" sorta vibe.

I like that sorta thing tho. Nihilism is my jam. But I'm glad it went well and we didn't generate a black hole on Earth.

Also glad we've been discovering new cool stuff with science.
