Yes, I know the daleks aren't exactly known for turning other species into themselves like the cybermen, but it has been done.
Davros turned humans into daleks on Necros (Revelation of the Daleks), the Emperor dalek used human genetic material to create daleks (Parting of the ways) and Oswin Oswald was turned into a dalek (Asylum of the daleks).

I don’t know man. That shit looks nerdy. Those Cybermen look like Tin Man’s posse and that bottom robot looks like a human sized blender.

Oh, I just looked it up. It’s Doctor Who. So if I had to pick between blender and tin man, um, neither because I’d prefer my humanity to being a brain in a jar like Robocop. But if you digitized my conscience and downloaded me into something like Tron, that would be wild.

If you want to take Cybermen more seriously, then you might want to listen to the Big Finish audio story called Spare Parts. It's a creepy and tragic story that legitimately made me cry the first time I listened to it.

PS. Daleks aren't robots...
