This is an old interview of Chris Pine when he was promoting his movie "The Outlaw King" some years ago. In that movie he starred again with Florence Pugh. In the movie Florence bares boobies are shown and like Chris says "noone talks about it" and then Chris was full frontal and people start questioning he was full frontal, beause it is not that usual for men to bare everything in a movie (although it is done of coruse) is more usual to see a woman doing it than men. We all enjoy movies on big screen or streaming, we like to be entertained. But then is it necessary to be naked (actors or actresses) if is part of the story, even if it is just to show boobies or a butt or a veejay (the simplest thing) or no story or script is made to expose 2 complete different people working together, for teh all the world to see.
Because men's bodies are disgusting. I don't even like looking at my own body. Sex sells. . . but it is mostly men who are buying. I can imagine in the decades to come there will be more male nudity, prostitutes, etc. Because women adopting the role of breadwinner will take on more masculine appetites when it comes to sex.

Yet its ok to show people getting blown up or dismembered but show a little peen its OMG LOOK AWAY.
I read this article about a director complaining about the MPAA who gave his movie an X rating. During a sex scene they said there's too many visible butt thrusts.
Two butt thrusts are ok but three is obscene 🫤
I don’t think it’s usually necessary but I’m also not terribly bothered by it. I’m a little surprised at Chris Pine’s surprise. Nobody talks about a woman showing her boobs on film, because boobs have been shown in films routinely for over 50 years. On the other hand, an exposed penis is still fairly rare.
Personally, I've seen lots of boobs, asses and weenies, but a full frontal woman seems rare. I think if the story fits the part it makes sense to show it all, male or female, gender matters not.
Who really cares, it isn't a big deal... everyone has one or the other.

well men have nothing to hide besides their litteral primary genitalia. and it's not like men don't go bare often. that frequently happens too in movies. it's not a rare thing. it's just mostly censored for US audiences. you should come see movies here in Europe. it's dicks and titts everywhere xD. though with women even if they have their vagina out, you mostly don't see anything anyway, cause there's a thick bush hiding everything. with men, it's all in your face.
dudes have more money and spend it watching movies. dudes love boobies and vajayjay. its not hard to understand. i think more dudes should show their cock because it would normalize dudes shoeing cock amd i wouldn't get arrested at bars for showing fat cunts my cock. plus dudes dicks are funny looking and i like to laugh.
I think there is too much imbalance in what nudity is shown on screen, but I think the solution should be more male nudity not less female nudity
I think nudity can be part of a movie if need be without any private parts being shown. Showing only what’s around it can give the illusion of nudity. Our imagination can take care of the rest.
Unnecessary. The classic directors were capable of telling a story without having to show every detail. Modern directors could do the same.
I think that a lot of time in movies, while I can appreciate it, the nudity is gratuitous. But other times, like in that movie, the nudity was representing an aspect of life
No one talks about Florence Pugh baring it all because she's not really that hot. When a HOT girl gets naked then we're all in.
Why does america have such a conservative view about public nudity, while places like sweden have nude beaches
It makes some stars more famous an others loose jobs
Nothing wrong with it a little bit of nudity.
Nudity,
A good movie doesn't need it.
Today's Hollywood it a must you would think
Nudity shouldn’t be in any movie.
