This is the first time I’ve tried drawing a night setting in the arctic and color added. It’s supposed to be one of those nights where the moon is really bright so you can still kind of see everything. How convincing does it look?

As others have said, you probably won't find trees in the true arctic. But there are trees and forests in the subarctic. So close enough if you aren't particular about details.
Yea, I'd say it looks about right for a moonlit scene in the forest. You have silhouettes with strong contrast, with subdued color. The snow is also a subdued white, which seems about right to me. I'd say overall it looks about right. It also has kind of a lonely feel to it, which also seems about right out in the forest on a winter night when nobody is around. I've camped out in winter in places like that a fair amount. So that feeling seems right.
Nope... The arctic tundra begins with the boreal forest ends... There's no trees in the arctic...
Their Earth is different
If you’re thinking about those open plains that polar bears sometimes venture into then it’s not that, it’s just a forest on an island that’s kind of close to the North Pole. Maybe I used the wrong term I don’t know, just a bright night and there’s snow. Would you say it’s decent or whatever?
Boreal Forest...

Your art is nice, but the colours are so similar that people might have difficulty noticing the details if they are not observant book readers. I would do a least a neutral grade contrast so you can see more of each part. But it's good work.
Thanks, could be the lighting though. For some reason iPads don’t get the same treatment as their phone counterparts so I got the camera quality of a 2008 android unless the lighting in the room is nearly perfect.
They do have a trend of looking better in person, we also got to remember it’s night time. I doubt you’d be able to spot a jaguar hunting you in the middle of night until it’s too late
