My favorite is still the OG first Avengers movie. The cinematography in it was just outstanding for its time and looking at some of the marvel movies in recent years, I think the effects and storylines have really gone downhill tenfold.
Maybe Guardians of the Galaxy. I was never so into superheroes in general and always found the superhero concept rather silly (my favorite comic book character as a boy was Conan who is arguably not a superhero at all as he's completely lacking superpowers), so I enjoy the silly ones. The Spider-Man movie with Tobey Maguire was also fairly entertaining to me although it wasn't my favorite.
One of the problems I have with superhero films is that I'm not sure when I'm supposed to be worried about the well-being of the characters. I have a similar problem with fantasy where characters can perform the most magical feats. I vaguely remember watching one of the newer Superman films where Superman gets hit so hard that skyscrapers were collapsing on him and around him and he's completely unharmed. So I don't see how this is supposed to get me worried about whether he's going to survive when there isn't even Kryptonite involved and no Lois Lane to worry about instead.

None of them. They’re all just silly CGI flicks that write themselves into corners and then have to use alternate dimensions to write themselves out.
First Avenger, Iron Man, Doctor Strange, Spiderman Across the spider verse, Thor, and Captain America. Lol I just named a lot, I’m a superhero girl, each plot stories are unique and characters really stood out to me.
