Which of these is a better alternate ending?

series star gate universe ends with people in a spaceship frozen in travel pods. except one who said he can fix the broken one. but ending before he succeeded. which ending?

a, as implied he fixed the pod

b, as implied he fixed the pod but couldn't push the button... outside the door. so he gets mad and breaks chairs etc.

c, he worships each of the religions he can remember, just to be certain he included the true one, then sacrificed himself switched off his life support so others will have electricity to survive.

b2, he copied the technology on common materials and attached to the broken pod like a bypass so succeeded.

d, the angel: he spends the last week alive with his mom as if he at home by using the technology. then switched off his life support so others will have electricity to survive, while chugging the remaining alcohol to numb his pain of dying.

e, the devil: he says, "FINALLY i can stop pretending! nobody here can see me!" so he plays video games using the electricity... weeks, dooming his neighbors to mass death. maybe a year of fun for me at their expense of indirect death, because power emptied and no refill possible.

Yo I'd go with ending B2 where he fixes the pod with a creative bypass. Seems like the most heroic option while also leaving things open-ended for a possible comeback someday.

C is kinda dope too, showing how far he'd go for the greater good. But B2 lets him actually save everyone which is cooler in my book. Plus leaving that tech knowledge behind sets things up nicely if they ever do another season, ya know?

The other options are a little dark. A is too vague. In D he still dies so what's the point, may as well go out fighting. E is just straight up evil lol I don't mess with that.

Nah B2 is the cleanest ending, lets the dude go out like a true badass hero. Fix the problem with some MacGyver shit and fly off into the sunset. I'm saying that's the best way to wrap up the story, for sure.

I never finished SGU. I struggled to watch after the first series. I only watched for Airman Lt James. She wasn't even one of the main women but out shined the others.

Vanessa James! yes and scott loved her so much he ignored regulations for her!
about season 1, the first episode annoyed me due to a bad "starting hook" i started to realize it was two stories at different times another turn off. then episode 2 and 3 were too much drama and almost no stargate... but... luckily the fandom graph has a column enemy! i skipped to those episodes maybe 6/20 to watch the drama diluted with battles.
