Pulp fiction is critical and thematically better since it's better written, and more of a crime/thriller, while Bad boys is an Action movie.. They both have dark comedic elements with Tarantino movies having very dark comedy.. Bad Boys was a Pop corn flick while Pulp Fiction was something you gotta pay attention to.. It's more meant to be an Oscar movie..

Personally Pulp Fiction was boring to me outside of a few scenes and Bad Boys wasn't as funny as they tried to make it. I never finished either film. Just saw parts of their beginning and end
