This is about fictional characters for excample for writing right? I am gonna be honest I never got into mbti but if I write character backstories, I always use big five. In my experience goals for a character are important and the rest with the exception of small quirks come in the progress of the story. That being said I dont write full stories I use the characters backstory tomplay with them in pen and paper rpgs e. G. Dungeons and dragons, therefore I play the character in situations that evolve them, not prepare the situations myself.

I voted for the big five because when you have too many lineages of occupational critique, you end up producing randomized errors based on your own bias and theirs. I believe a simplistic expansion of primal energies is more productive than an elaborate execution of divergent and sub related isolations in conveying personality and personal thought.
