Do young men read anything other than comic books these days?

I'm getting ready to publish a superhero murder mystery. It's got all the parts of a regular superhero arc, but it's not a graphic novel or comic book. I often have trouble reading comics and graphic novels and I was wondering if this was the same for others?
I wrote this book specifically as something young people, who aren't really that into reading, might enjoy, but I'm having second thoughts and wondering if any of my demographic even care.

It's got a simple but solid plot and realistic characters, if you count out the superpowers 😉

I've read over 500 books no super hero stuff, "Bioshifter" by Natalie Maher is good I've recently got into litrpg, "The hollows" by Kim Harrison is a classic
And "Good Girls Don't have fangs" by Helen Harper is sexy and funny. 👍

men don't typically read at all. that's a womens thing. sure there is men who read but men are more visual. they like seeing things happen instead of just imagining it.

I only read books that have images in them, be it visual novels, comics, or reference books. I'm not sure what anyone else likes.
