Would this hurt your feelings too, or am I being too sensitive?

So I met this guy on playstation like 4 years ago. We played games together a lot. For the past year or soi notices he was never on. He used to send me invites to play with him all the time. I'll be honest, most of his invites I didn't eccept because I was just busy, or didn't feel like playing. He sort of initiated things, but searched his psn name, and it said we aren't friends. I know he unfriended me, and it kind of hurt my feelings. I don't know... am I being too sensitive?

Nah that’s valid. It sucks losing someone like that especially since you’ve been playing together for years. But from his pov he probably also got hurt that you rarely ever accepted his invites, he probably felt like you were no longer interested in playing with him and decided to unfriend you. There’s no harm in re-adding his as a friend and invite him to play some games tho!

So how you're feeling now did you ever stop and think how he felt the fact that he was sending you game invites he actually enjoyed playing with you. Yes it does suck but eventually people will just move on with their life
