Would this bother anyone else? Am I being too sensitive?

I don’t know if I’m being over dramatic and too sensitive but my boyfriend always says mean insulting things to me then right after he says them, he will laugh and kiss me on my face to try and play it off. I told him some of the things he says is really insulting and he still continues to do it. Like he always says that after we’re done swimming he wants me to change out of my bathing suit right away or I’ll get crotch rot. He told me I’ll have skin like leather in 2 years cause I’m always out in the sun (but I wear sun screen). He hates being out in the sun all he likes doing is smoking weed and playing video games all day every day. He tells me I need to drink more water because my lips are a little dry. He’s also said other things that I don’t want to say on here cause they’re embarrassing but it’s always something insulting then he plays it off by laughing and kissing me on my face. Would this bother anyone else? Am I being too sensitive? I’d like to say that I take very good care of myself and have good hygiene and he’s one to talk because I have to ask him to brush his teeth and shower more than twice a week so? I also make him home made meals almost everyday because if I didn’t he would eat fast food for breakfast lunch and dinner every day.

Almost everything he said just sounds like facts to me. Did you know that you get 2x as much UV when you're near water (or other reflective surface) as when you're not? And most people don't even understand how long sun screen works for. Yeah, I get that you don't want to hear it and it probably crushes your feelings when he says anything you don't want to hear.

Nobody is perfect. Ideally you help each other become better. Apparently he listens to your good advice so I don't see why it's a chore for you to listen to his.

That said, if you really don't like the situation then leave. It's not like you're married. And yeah, there are probably guys who don't "smoke weed all day" out there.

Just get a large water bottle and then hand him some mouth wash and tell him you will hydrate more but that weed mouth gotta go. And watch him like yeet a table XD. And then if he tries to get mad at you point out you ain't gonna wanna keep kissing him if his teeth start becoming a massive finacial issue. PLUS nothing is grosser than kissing a mouth that is literally rotting cause its just existing. >.> Plus you have to deal with the bacteria from kissing that.

I'm pretty sure just pointing out that much will make him re think smoking all that cannabis.

Sounds like he is really controlling and insecure. You are not being too sensitive and I will predict this relationship will not work out.

I dated this girl and it worked really well for 2-3 weeks, things were going great. She was sweet and we had a lot of fun.

Then she started on my hair, then clothes. Certain imperfections that she wanted to "fix"
Then she started disparaging me in front of her friends about my tattoos. She would tell me/her friends they looked stupid and made me look like and idiot, but moments later come up and swirl her finger on them as though she liked them.

We shortly broke up.

sounds like you need to ask yourself is this guy good enough for you... do you want to be in a relationship like that?
