If Jigsaw existed in the real world, would he be charged with murder?

I guess this question is more for people who've seen the movies.

In the movies he argues that he's not technically a murderer and doesn't even have intent to murder. He argues that he gives his victims a choice to mutilate themselves OR die. But more often then not the chances of surviving his games are highly unlikely. But if they do manage to survive, he's not gonna finish the job. So you can still argue that there is no intent to commit murder per say. He would for sure be charged with kidnapping and torture and probably reckless endangerment, but what about "murder", "attempted murder" or "intent to commit murder"?

The video argues that if anything, he would most likely be charged with second degree murder.

Would be cool if we could get some lawyers or law students to answer.
