What do you hate about new movies and cartoons?

Most have no story and just stupid entertainment.

I mean look at 90s Spiderman and compare to today. They looked like Spiderman is doing great. There was talk of DNA and research. Spiderman today is poorly drawn, and people don't look like they draw themselves or even try to draw humanoid pictures.

And movies are pushing more and more trans and LGBT agenda. Why are they teaching that. And sex is so much ugh 😫. You are 15 minutes into the most action movie and someone has to do the kissing. Totally unnecessary

Many movies are part of an already sucked-dry franchise. I have no interest in the 1000th superhero, pirate or robot movie, I had never much interest in the first parts. Where is the new, original material, played by actors that have earned that description?

nothing some are cool but as for the French comedy who used to so be so good before now it become extremely dumb and not funny anymore. They changed the humor cause French humor is usually pretty dark / sarcastic but nw is it considered as too racist / offending, etc... so the comedy movie are just full on stupid. You still can find lots of funny video on youtube though

I hate how cartoon characters are full of rebellion and nonsense. You can be logical and smart and still tell a joke that is funny. But tv shows use fart jokes and ridiculously gross images to make viewers laugh.

Story lines.. they used to have deep or meaningful messages. Most cartoons now are just dumb, immature humour. Movies now are mostly just remakes or super predictable, cliche trash..

The way they ruin a story by making liberal ideas the "good guys".  Series Modern family just had a story including gay, but films go too far.

Don’t really watch modern cartoons, but with movies…. nothing is original anymore. Everything is a reboot, or a re-imagining, or re-do of an old movie already made.

I think a lot of the stuff just requires more time investment than I'm willing to put in. There also tends to be an anime storytelling style influence, and that hasn't ever particularly appealed to me.

Movies do more tell than show. I don't need the antagonist to explain his scheme. Don't make villains evil for the sake of being evil. Don't make a minor miscommunication a plot device. Don't pull a maguffin in the 3rd act. I could go on...

I hate that Hollywood still hasn't lost all it's money. Once they lose enough money that will force them to get creative and put effort into new ideas.
