Like being busy for one can mean fixing cars while to another it can be watching podcast, movies, reading, doing puzzles, exercising etc.

Could be either, or something else. The problems are laziness and ignorance. There are so many other words and terms one could use that might be more descriptive than “busy”, based on what is truly occupying your time and why.
