I've had a crush on my tattoo artist who has a girlfriend. Am I reading too much into this?

I've had a crush on my tattoo artist who has a girlfriend for a few months, and he's always been really flirtatious and makes subtle hints that I look good. For instance, last time I went, I brought him coffee too be nice because I had just got off work from a coffee shop and he said he couldn't drink it because it was too late in the afternoon, so I offered it to the other people working and they responded the same way so I jokingly said "Wow, way too deny me!" and the guy I like said "Trust me, no one would deny you". He's done lots of stuff like that, and last time I was there he was telling me how annoying his girlfriend is and how needy she is. While getting to know me it took him a little time to become so open, and he always makes comments about me whenever I tell him about my hobbies, like I'm a kick boxer and he was like "That's so hot. Man, you seemed so innocent but you have this naughty side..." He gives me discounts off tattoos and my friend working there says he asks about me sometimes, but I don't wanna read too much into this because of our age difference. I just turned 18 in spring and he's in his early 30's. help?
