My stepmom is so lazy and it stresses me out, what should I do?

My mom died when I was little so I live with my dad. My stepmom and I have a good relationship except that sometimes she stresses me out too much just by little things that she does. My two year old baby sister (my dad and stepmom daughter) is a brat I love her but she cries literally for everything and its so stressful and she doesn't get less bratty bc my stepmom does whatever she wants just so she shuts up and stop crying. The thing is my little sister is not only on kidergarten till midday but she also has a nanny when she she gets home. And now that we are all on vacations including my baby sister, the nanny is in our house the whole day, seriously my stepmom doesn't even want to take care of her own child bc she is lazy af she doesn't work so I don't get why the nanny is in our house every single day it just stresses me so much. I have tried talking to my dad about this but he just gets mad and says are you going to take care of her then? and I drop the subject bc my sister is too much of a brat to take care of her every single day. My point is that my stepmother doesn't even work and she's almost never busy so why tf is she so lazy and doesn't take care of the kid herself

your mom is a trophy wife. she's probably addicted to something. your dad works only for the family and to keep her because she's hot.
