How do I make my sister not cuddle me so much?

I have always a normal relationship with my sister but now she's doing weird things like cuddling and I find it quite uncomfortable for me. We have different rooms and I wake up to see her on top or beside me it's too awkward for me. When I refuse she acts up, She's actually my twin we always used to fight a lot but being very honest fighting with her was better than this. I haven't been able to sleep properly for the last 2 months. It's not even the acceptable type of cuddling it's too weird and gross for me. Hope this website gives me a genuine solution.

This has gone too far now I'm the type of person that hates being cuddled my whole sleep schedule has been ruined, it's gonna to such a toxic level that I truly hate my twin sister now, she's doing it just to annoy the hell out of me. PLEASE HELP

Tell her honestly that you feel uncomfortable because of that. It is normal.

The bad part is she might have learned this from a dad or uncle or grandparent or other brother / the best thing for you is to tell her it’s not normal and needs to stuff and you will tell her mom if she continues

1. We are twins so we have the same mother and I've already told her she doesn't care.

2. None of my uncles are alive.

3. We used to sleep together until we were 10 then we moved to a bigger house in Sweden.

Make sure everything’s okay with her. Maybe she’s going through something and she finds comfort in being with you. Tell her there are other ways you can be there for her but this one makes you uncomfortable.
