What should I do if my best friends has been lying and using me from the start?

It felt like everything is one sided A friend of mine said she is my best friend but hide when ever she went outing with her male/ female friend She being close with other people she recently met but she never behave like that with me, I know her way before she even met them, I have help her a lot, I have tried to avoid her but she message me after 2, 3, days, recently I found that she has been lying to me a lot she said she never went out with any male friends except her female friends but that was not true, when ever I try to invite her she always say no that she is always busy with her family. What should I do from here

Drop `em!! If I can't completely trust someone, I don't want them around me!
There was a guy my age (back then) who lived upstairs of where my band rehearsed and he was one of our biggest fans. We got on quite well together and, one day, it was decided that he spent the night at my house. I okayed it with my parents and he came over and spent the night. The next day, mom tells me that she went up into her room and found him hiding beside dad's bed right outside of their cupboard! When she insisted he tell her what he's doing in her room, he told her he found this spot of paint on the carpet and he was just trying to scratch it off!! A few years later, I discovered he was working as a janitor at the mall just up the street and he was trying to regain my friendship and even come back to my house! I wasn't having any of it! Another couple years later, he died.
About 20 years later, I discovered that my ex-fiance stole from me, lied to me and was even cheating on me so, I dropped her like a hot brick and wanted nothing more to do with her!!

How are you calling someone that doesn't accept your invitations and lies to you a best friend? I am just curious because that is super confusing to me. If I had a friend that lied to me like this, that person wouldn't be a friend anymore, let alone would I refer to him/her as a best friend.

You need to just cut ties with this person. Whoever you thought she was, she clearly wasn't. No one lies and stays best friends. This seems like a completely toxic person to me.

Best to save your time and energy and just say goodbye to this one. Do you really think she will change? I don't. She will continue to lie and hurt you. I know it is hard because you really liked her but the feelings are obviously not mutual.

She is only going to continue to hurt and disappoint you. Do you want to keep going through this? I wouldn't. Time to end this so called friendship.

What you describe is not a best friend. It is an acquaintance at best.

Your only solution is to distance yourself from this lady as she is obviously a total red flag and a toxic person in my eyes.

She will come to you when she needs you or wants something from you but don't put your hopes high that this will be reciprocated. You are nothing more than a mere toy in her eyes and the fact that is lying to you basically is just proof of that fact.

How long will you tolerate that kind of behavior. Just slowly distance yourself from this woman. There is no need to give any explanations because the more you communicate with her, the more likely it will be that she will try to turn things around.

That’s a pretty 💩 thing to do. How do you know for sure if you haven’t talked about it in detail. Be careful that you don’t jump to conclusions to quickly. “Be available” especially if you already know her history and tendencies. Good luck 🍀 with it all 😎
