What is it like to be likeable and loved enough that people at work or anywhere really actually miss you on any deep level and actually 'wish you were here'?

I couldn't go back to my old job. It would feel like I'm walking backwards in life. by the way opinions and feelings of others shouldn't be a factor on how you feel about yourself. Stop looking for external happiness and fun internal happiness.

Its not really a job i quit. I wanted to have it as super part time for extra money cause they let me do that. Im not gonna be there 24 7 like before. What do youthink?
