Like if you quit, got fired, or laid off. Have they ever reached out to you and asked you to come back? What did you tell them?
Has an old job ever asked you to come back?

I got fired once because they thought I was stealing. 2 months later they figured out it wasn't me and asked me to come back at a higher rate of pay. I declined.
My last 2 employers begged me to return. Again, I declined. Why would I go back to working for someone when I have my own business.
Yep, place I’m working now. I left last fall, basically had a total meltdown from the overworking (and wasn’t the only one). Called me in April, offered a big raise, paid training and set schedule so I took it.
I was asked to return between 3-5 times but I said no.

I was laid off and after I found a better job my old boss asked me if I would come back. I declined.
Yep. Told them to fuck off 🥴
Yeah; they have.
What did you do?
I personally chose not to go back. But it wasn't because of any bad blood or anything.
