Is my father being ungrateful, should I ask him to leave?

Hi! My dad said hed come visit us from abroad then said hed stay here in the us the but apparently he didn't even discuss this with my husband who is the man of the house, so my house asked me not to say anything to him about this.

Long story short, he is here and first thing he startes involving in our personal convo, he stays on his phone day and night talking otp on our dining table, in the living room, throwing my brand new pillow that i bought on the floor when he is laying down, throwing the blanket down, i use the guest bath since i dont really like the master, he uses it too and he pees all over the toilet leaves the seat up, he pees all over the floor, he pretends to wash dishes but doesn't really use soap, leaves the garbage there if we dont take it out.

We are changing the way we eat so we no linger eat our regular cultural foods so i cook him separate food, he had the audacity to tell me he wants fresh food last time, he doesn't eat the food that i prep and out away for him, so now i have a fridge full of food that i will eventually throw away. My hubby is very upset since he chose to come to our home without discussing his plans with us specially my husband. To make it worse i have family here-his family. They never call or check on me so me and my hubby have this rule to not bring guests over only in certain occasions.

My dad literally keeps bringing people to our home though i told him no since he got here. Last week he made his cousin come into our home though i said no just go to her outside since she's just picking u up, he still made her come inside while i was working from home, i hadn't clean the house yet and was in my pjs. He keeps pushing things on me like im a child and this is his house and his rules. We took him to a place with us and he literally embarassed us. Im really through with this
