Are people online retarded?

Hello, excuse my English, its not my first language.

i am an introvert and i am used to making friends online, and sometimes i meet with them on real life. With 15 years of use, i have never met a decent person, they are all retarded, including me, and i am done with temporary online relationships but at the same time, i dont know where else, since i dont do much outside activities, even if i do, i feel like i can't stand people around me.
help me out please. How to make relationships while you are old, and is people online more retarded than the ones, you meet on real life? From your own experience.

You and I both need to start putting ourselves out there a lot more than we’re comfortable with. I have about 8 years online and saw that yes, there are a lot of people that you might not want to associate yourself with but there are those golden treasures that if you put yourself out there and push just a bit out of your comfort zone are the ones to last you a very long time. The longest relationship I have now is about 4 years and going, still online and I was the one to text first. I would advise you to start pushing yourself even if it’s going out without headphones once in a while, talking to people on the bus or in queue in a mall or something. Such little things are golden.

I don't think you sound old, if you'd want a relationship an old classmate, neighbor, coworker or an introduction from family would get you into one pretty fast.

You get less friends as you grow up, especially after school years, its normal, most people really have a couple. My best friend is a female cousin of mine who lives a few hours away! i "know" a few other people who might be called friends but i rarely see them. You tend to meet people just through work or activities or just randomly like at an event
