Will my boyfriend care about my other family's old, simple house?

We still live without our parents for personal issues. Our houses are elegant and big. He invited to a couple of his friends' and other families' houses and it's like a place for wealthy people.

However, not everyone in my family is wealthy. My other family members (my grandmother is the owner) are an hour away but it's an old, smaller and well homely house; a place for people of lower class. It's not a pretty house. Basically they're a large family but poor. He would like to meet my other relatives and friends. But do you think he's going to like that? To be invited to a poor house?
