Why do I prefer to do things alone vs a friend?

Example today, I had invited 1 new friend to an arr museum, I did mention she could invite anyone else. Day of she said she invited her coworker and boyfriend. The whole time at the museum she completely ignored me. She had to leave due to her meter, I took the bus. I was so upset, I actually liked her coworker and boyfriend. This new friend barley spoke to me! What happened?

I guess if you're used to being alone, when you hang out with someone like that it can confirm your dislike of people
