Anyone know for sure they don’t want to have kids or love them but not want to birth them?

I love kids but don’t love the idea of being pregnant or having a kid.

If I have a kid I'll probably adopt one, not only because there is thousands of kids out there without parents, but also because anything that exits me would have bad genes, since I have a few chronic diseases.

I was thinking along these lines as well. I deal with mental health issues and I would hate for my child to get that from me.

I don't know just. Maybe in my late 20s but not anytime soon
