I prefer online friends cause it's cheaper and there is less drama and formality involved. I can show up in my night gown - I don't have to schedule one week in advance - I don't have to pay for restaurant food - I don't have to worry about being disrupted or delayed if a scheduling change happens in my friend - there is less arguing cause I can avoid topics I don't want to talk about.
