Why do lovebombers suddenly ghost you when we call them out on their BS?

I lost track of how many times, I've had to deal with men throwing these lines:

''I love you. My world is your world. I love you to the moon and back''.

''I can give you 3 kids my love''

''I miss you for much. My love for you grows so much, blah, blah''.

I called them out on their BS of saying things very early just to get into my pants, even tell them I'm not falling for their lovebombing rookie lines, etc. All of the sudden they ghost me, no more sweet calls nor texts? Why do they ghost when we call them out on their BS?

Even though I'm still young at age 25, neither of those lines are going to work on me. I find myself laughing behind my screen whenever I hear those rookie lines.

Because it was BS and you called them out on it. If it wasn’t, they would have pushed back and denied that. I’m not sure what else I’d expect them to do tbh. Like how do you want them to reply? Saying you’re right and owning up to it? Doubtful that’ll happen.
