How to make a kid leave me alone?

I may come across as mean but I have a 5 year old nephew that whenever he comes round mine - he literally won’t leave me alone, he follows me everywhere and wants me to play with him all the time. Out of me and my sister, he just always wants my attention.

I do play typical games that kids like to entertain him but it’s never enough, I have to pretend I’m going in the shower or something to keep him out of my room and go downstairs 😭

Start getting him to benefit you. Put him on your back and do pushups, squat jumps, run with him, do pullups with him hanging on you, and whenever he annoys you make it a motivation to work out.

Soon he will get tired of it, but you keep offering to do the same. Eventually he will see that that's all you ever do and will think that you're kinda boring.

This way you aren't avoiding or hurting him.
